The Perfect Theme Tuning Lesson Thursday 2006-01-26
Claire Campbell, CSS geek form Scotland, has written a very convicing tutorial on how to change a two column WordPress theme to three columns. She does this using some good tools and without changeing too much. She shows step by step how to accomplish the goal in a very structured way.
I’ll be sure to follow her advice, when I start my own journey into the mysteries of themes. Oh yes, I need this, as I know very little about PHP and the inner workings of WordPress. If I succeed, I’ll try to build a theme from scratch, using template tags and an object oriented approach. But that’s some time in a foggy future.
