My goal is to create a reusable 3dworld engine. So far it looks like it will involve combining sandy3d objects with a mode 7 infinite plane. Ive also been thinking that in the new versions of Sandy id be able to use a single infinite plain and lock it into the camera view for the ground, and use an animated movie texture indside it to create the illusion of moving ground since a sandy plane would 'attach' better to the sandy3d world - ill have to wait until i get to sandy 1.1/2.0 to try that. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) any ideas or examples of other sandy3d worlds is appreciated

Thats really beautiful, and amazingly fast (IMG:style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif)
I like all that freedom of motion and the rich environment.

Welcome protopop!
The mode 7 plane looks useful.
What version of Sandy do you use?

Thank you Petit:) Im using sandy 1.1. Im a bit confused about the current new versions - is Sandy 2.0 an AS3 version? I like the changes mentioned in 1.2 but i havent had the chance to port these yet - i thought id get my feet wet with the stable version first. I really like the Sandy 'vibe' - it seems very suited to flash artists.
