Ok,
so Bravo finally put this one live. They still have not populated it
with any real data, but you can get the idea of what sandy was used
for. We did this over the winter, so I used Sandy 1.1 ... and heavily
customized some of the classes.
http://www.bravotv.com/Pop_Chart//index.php Just one quick example: the main plane is not actually subdivided, because that was too slow, instead uses one subdivision and a procedural texture skin which knows how to draw the grid lines. ANYWAY, i'm now happy to say goodbye to AS2 and hello to AS3 and look forward to seeing the as3 version of sandy. |

Still glad to see such applications done with Sandy. During your experience, and customization of the classes, have you seen some optimizations that you can share with us? You are very welcome to play with the alpha version of Sandy AS3 (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wink.gif) ++ |
